1. STATEMENT OF SERVICE

Professional Handicappers Challenge was designed to bring the best handicappers in the world to compete for The World Championship in Handicapping or in other words The Professional Handicappers Challenge. We are a sports monitor for sports picks in NFL, MLB, NBA, NHL, NCAA Basketball, and NCAA Football.
The handicapper with the highest amount of units at the end of the Challenge will be declared the Professional Handicappers Challenge Champion.

If you wish to be a spectator of this contest and decide to purchase selections from one of these fine sports handicappers, you have come to the right place.. 2. SPORTS MONITORING SERVICE

In consideration for the sports monitoring service provided by the Professional Handicapping Challenge, each Challenge carries an entrance fee of  19.95 per month, 35.00 for the entire sports Challenge, or 250.00 for all Sports. This entitles you to become he World Champion Sports handicapper.
A unit value of 100 will be placed on each game. A max of 15 games per Sport, per day is the only limitation. Professional Handicappers Challenge reserves the right to change monitoring structure at any time without notice.

3. SELLING YOUR SPORTS PICKS

In consideration for Professional Handicapping Challenge, handicappers selling their sports picks through this site, will be rewarded you 100% of all monies collected at the end of each month at the expiration of said package, ASSUMING YOU HAVE PAID YOUR ENTRANCE FEES. IF NOT THAT MONEY WILL BE APPLIED TO YOUR ENTRANCE FEES.. By the end of each month, Professional Handicapping Challenge will send out a statement along with a check for all sales. 100% OF THEM !We also make payment through PayPal. This is
the preferred method of payment as it gets sent out quicker.You will be able to monitor your sales on your home log in page. Each handicapper sets their own price for what they would like to charge for their daily picks. This
price can be modified as many times, as you like. The price must be at least $10.00 and not more than $100.00 for daily picks.

We also offer for sale 7 day, 30 day, and season long packages. These also have minimum and maximum prices.

4. SPORTS PICKS PACKAGES

Once you sell a 7 day, 30 day, or season long package, you will be expected
to provide the picks the client expects through Professional Cappers Challenge . Should you fail to enter in picks or cancel your service prior to fulfilling your obligation to the client, you will not receive the commission of the sale. This applies to the 7 day, 30 day packages and season packages. As far as the season long package is concerned, if you cancel your service with us, we will instruct the client to contact you directly to receive picks.
Commisson is paid at the end of the season on season packages. Failure to fulfill your obligation to the customer will cause you to forfeit any monies due.

5. INACTIVITY

Should you cancel service, we will maintain your records for one year. If you decide at a later date that you would like to re-register, we will automatically add your history to your account. This is done especially for
those handicappers that only handicap one or two league Challenges. Any Inactivity for 15 days or more will result in handicapper suspension.

6. HACKING or DISHONESTY

Any attempt by any registered handicapper to alter their picks or getting picks recorded which produce results that are not honest will automatically be banned permanently from this site and forfeit all monies paid and wll not be eligible for any sponsored prize money.. We run a legitimate site and maintain a high standard for integrity.

7. RIGHTS

Professional Handicapping Challenge reserves the right to modify your web site description should it be deemed not appropriate. Professional Handicappers Challenge reserves the right to change monitoring structure at any time without notice. Professional Handicapping Challenge also reserves the right to cancel
registration/membership at any time without notice. Sponsorship money may be withdrawn without notice..
